You’ve probably established by now; that I’m all about trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I am not fond of the word diet and will always where I can use the term ‘healthy lifestyle’ over healthy diet. A healthy lifestyle is important at all stages in our lives but is especially essential during pregnancy. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that as you’re on this site you’re either pregnant or have a vested interest in a healthy lifestyle and an awareness of the health benefits to you and your baby by adopting said lifestyle.
