Your unborn baby will not benefit from this in any way so ensure your juices are used in conjunction with your healthy diet and to ensure you get all those healthy vitamins you need.
Lastly remember if you’re not going to drink your juices straight away, be sure to store them in an air tight container to preserve the goodness. Although to be honest nothing beats the taste of drinking your juice fresh.
