  • Smoothie Maker, Blender


  • 300 ml Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cucumber unpeeled – washed thoroughly and chopped
  • 2 Celery Sticks washed
  • 1 Juice of lime
  • 1 Large handful of washed spinach or kale
  • 1 Green Apple washed and quartered
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado


  • Add the liquid to your smoothie maker followed by the spinach / kale, celery, apple and cucumber and blend on high.
  • Add your lime juice and avocado and blitz up until a smooth consistency forms.

  • Smoothie maker or blender


  • 1 Sliced Banana
  • 1/2 A Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Wheatgerm
  • 1 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Peanut Butter


  • Add your milk and spinach to the blender or smoothie maker and blend on high until smooth
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until you have the right consistency.
  • Serve immediately
