According to The American Pregnancy Association Ginger Ale can  help reduce nausea and morning sickness and it’s completely caffeine free so it’s a perfect alternative to caffeinated sodas.

Raspberry and Ginger Ale Mock-tail

Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C

They are an excellent source of folates with a small amounts of Vitamin A, B1,B2 B3 and B6 including pantothenic acid biotin and they’re a great berry to add to your smoothies and drinks when your digestive tract is in need of some healing.

Plus just look at the incredible colour.

Who wouldn’t want to drink this, pregnant or not.

To make about four servings you’ll need to heat a punnet of raspberries in a saucepan with a tsp of honey until softened and then blend up until smooth. Next push the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds. You’ll be left with a smooth coulis.

Mix one part diet lemonade with three parts ginger ale and spoon a tablespoon of raspberry coulis in and stir.

Enjoy poured over crushed ice with slice of lemon!
