Equipment

  • Smoothie maker or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 5/14 fluid oz Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • A few mint leaves
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 50 g Cucumber
  • 1/2 Mango peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions
 

  • Put everything into your smoothie maker or blender, liquid first and blend on high until a smooth consistency forms. Consume immediately.
