
Mango and Mint Smoothie

- Smoothie maker or blender
Ingredients
- 5/14 fluid oz Cold Water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- A few mint leaves
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 50 g Cucumber
- 1/2 Mango peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
- Put everything into your smoothie maker or blender, liquid first and blend on high until a smooth consistency forms. Consume immediately.
